Courtyard Suites is a newly constructed residence wing with 17 brand new apartments that are available for both assisted living and independent living. The monthly fee for these units ranges from $2,895 to $4,295, providing a very high-value local senior living option. Enjoy beautiful views with 6’x8’ bay windows, king-size bedrooms, extra closets, individual climate control, and ample natural light with up to eight windows. Because no two units are the same, seniors can choose the home that best suits their wants and needs.
