Full-time Nurse
New Horizons at Choate, a not-for-profit retirement community, is seeking a full-time nurse. This position is ideal for a caring, compassionate individual who has a strong work ethic and is a team player. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to: assessing of prospective residents, communicating with families and staff about changes in resident care needs or other concerns, reviewing communication log, participating in family meetings, encouraging resident participation in activity and wellness programs. The ability to keep precise notes and document occurrences is vital. Because we are licensed by the Executive Office of Aging and Independence, being familiar with state regulations is a plus. Applicants should reside in the greater Woburn area.

The ideal candidate must be a reliable and energetic individual who has a desire to work with seniors. Five years of relevant experience preferred. Applicants should reside in the greater Woburn area.
