New Construction
We also recently completed Courtyard Suites, a modern new residence wing with units available for either independent living or assisted living. Enjoy beautiful views with 6’x8’ bay windows, luxurious king-size bedrooms, extra closets, individual climate control, and ample natural light with up to eight windows. No two units are the same in Courtyard Suites, so residents have the option to choose the home that is best for them. Monthly fees for these apartments—plus all the extras mentioned above—are $2,895-$4,295.

Located in South Woburn, New Horizons is within walking distance of Woburn Center and scenic Horn Pond. Our assisted living community is non-sectarian, and offers weekly Catholic and Protestant services in addition to honoring major Jewish holidays. We also provide transportation to Catholic services at St. Charles Borromeo Church, which is only a short distance away.
