Exceptional Value
Monthly rates for most units at New Horizons are $2,400 to $3,800 and include weekly housekeeping, washer and dryer use, all utilities except phone and cable, 24-hour front desk reception, parking, three daily homecooked meals, and more. In addition to a full schedule of on-site activities, our assisted living community regularly travels to the Burlington Mall and other shopping destinations on scheduled van trips with an experienced driver.
New Horizons’ low rates are made possible by Cummings Foundation, which owns and operates New Horizons. The Foundation absorbs all cost-of-living and operational increases on behalf of residents, providing them with an exceptionally stable fee schedule. In fact, no New Horizons resident has had an increase to his or her basic monthly service fee in more than 25 years.
